Cakes by Ann are very proud of the feedback we receive from clients about our wedding cakes & celebration cakes, we don't ask anyone to send us feedback, we leave that entirely up to them. With so many excellent comments received on a regular basis about our fantastic wedding cakes & celebration cakes, we have split them up by year, we will also add photo's if sent to us. If you would like to be added to our website, send your photo's and comments with details of when and where your big day was, to the email address above and we will add you as soon as we can. 9th February 2013 Ann, We can't thank you enough for all your hard work, the wedding cake was amazing, the comments we got on how it looked and tasted were way beyond what we expected. Our visit to your shop to see the designs you have and to taste the cakes was great, it gave us a good idea of what we wanted and what we were going to get on our wedding day and we were not disappointed. Both of us have big families and will be passing your details on to each and every one of them, expect to get a flood of orders as there is usually a party every couple of weeks and plenty of the girls in the family still to get married. Gillian & Mark xxx 28th January 2013 Hi Ann, Sorry, I haven't sent this mail sooner, after the wedding, we went any on our honeymoon 7 days later, and been hectic since we have been back. Our cake was amazing, it was exactly what Chris and I were wanting. It turned out better than I thought, and every one loved it. We have kept the top tier, its in the freezer, but I really didn't want the hotel to cut it up. So thank you again for playing a big part in our wedding on the 1st december 2012, as without the cake our day wouldn't have been the same. We'll be in touch for my son Zac's birthday cake as its his birthday in October. To be honest I didn't have clue if it would work with all the ideas I put to you and was worried that it would just be too much, but you put our wedding cake together beautifully. You were absolutely right on the size of cake for the number of guests, in fact I wish I had ordered more, everyone commented on how great each tier tasted, they were all great but the carrot cake was excellent. Being a bridesmaid four times in the last two years I had the opportunity to taste a few wedding cakes, they all got good comments and tasted fine but never got comments like excellent or exceptional like yours did. At times I felt as if the wedding cake was all I was talking about to people and I have passed your details onto quite a few, I will be back to see you soon as I wouldn't go anywhere else now. I'm not exaggerating when I say that everyone loved the wedding cake, not only the look but the taste, totally different from any we have tasted at other weddings, all different flavours and all were delicious, I tried them all. We were worried that we would have too much and some would go to waste but your advice on how many tiers to have was right on the mark, it was so good that some people asked for another slice, something I have never witnessed at a wedding before. You also have the seal of approval from my grandmother, which is no mean task as she usually finds fault with everything, she swears that it must be a very old recipe that you use to make the cakes taste so good.
