Celebration Cake Delivery

Our normal delivery times for celebration cakes are between 9am and 1pm.

This is to ensure everyone receives their celebration cake in plenty of time and the cake can be checked to make sure all is fine, on the rare occasion that something needs to be changed or corrected we then have plenty of time to return the cake to our cake decorators, do the changes and return the cake to you in time for your celebration or event at no extra charge to you.

If the above times don't suit you please feel free to state what time does suit you and we will do our very best to accommodate your time or as close to it as possible.

Certain celebrations may take place early in the day such as Christenings & Communions, we recommend getting your cake delivered to you the day before, unless your cake is going to a venue such as a hotel, which can be delivered on the morning of the celebration or event.

Please note that cakes being delivered to a venue must be paid in full before we can arrange delivery.

Wedding Cake Delivery

Cakes by Ann take all the stress out of your big day by offering a FREE delivery and set up service to most wedding venues in Central Scotland for your wedding cake.

We understand that your wedding cake is a very important part of your wedding day and you want it to be perfect, so do we.

That's why we deliver your wedding cake using a qualified wedding cake decorator and not just by a delivery driver, who will make sure your wedding cake arrives at your wedding venue in perfect condition and we even set it up free of charge to make sure your wedding cake is ready for those all important wedding photos to be taken.

We have many years experience in delivering wedding and celebration cakes and it's free so why not leave it to the professionals.

On the odd occasion that your wedding venue is not ready to have your wedding cake set up, we will wait until they can sort our where your wedding cake will go, we don't just drop your wedding cake off at the venue unless we are asked to do so by the venue staff and we are totally confident that the staff can set up your wedding cake just the way we and you would want it displayed.

Delivery will usually be on the morning of your wedding day, in plenty of time for your wedding, on the rare occasion, when we are extremely busy, we may ask the wedding venue if delivery the night before your big day is possible.

We will only do this if it suits your wedding venue and they have suitable secure storage, if not we will arrange delivery on the morning of your big day as stated above.

Wedding Cake Bases

Most wedding venues now have their own wedding cake bases and/or stands, but if needed we can supply most stands and bases FREE, subject to a refundable deposit of £50.

Please note, that unless asked to return to the wedding venue to collect the base or stand we ask that these be returned to us within 7 days to ensure that we can keep providing this service to other couples.

If asked to collect the base or stand we will deduct £10 from the refundable deposit, hence you will only be refunded £40.

Bases/Stands not returned within 7 days will lose their deposit and may be charged for a replacement if we fail to obtain the stand and/or base.
